The Entrée: Chicken Tikka Masala with Basmati rice.  Indian food has a variety of dishes to choose from. This dish is one of my favorites. Indian food is one of my favorite Cuisine. I always love to start with an appetizer and these are called Samosas. This appetizer is a flaky pastry stuffed with potatoes or chickpeas and many spices, deep fried.   Ingredients   These can be made in many different ways but the link I provided, I find these are great.!
